User Experience (UX) is important for every company. It creates products or services that are useful, engaging, and fulfilling to use. This gives organizations the opportunity to stand out from their competitors. While products might be easy to imitate, high-quality experiences are not.
During the summit, we would also be exploring themes about human-centred design, inclusive design, UX operation and UX in the Web 3.0 era.
Agenda
This year’s summit will be a 3-day virtual event starting from the 26th to 28th of August. The theme for 2022 is “UX Debugs the World”.
Tickets will give you access to the full 3-day event including all video recordings for a month. Limited seats are available.
The summit starts at 4 PM till 12 AM (Singapore UTC+8) / 10 AM till 6 PM (Paris UTC+2) / 1 AM till 9 AM (San Francisco, UTC-7).More information will be announced soon.

Amelia Willey
LVMH / Head of User Experience & Design

As Head of User Experience & Design at LVMH, Amelia leads a team of designers, researchers and creatives focused on creating valuable digital products for the world-leader luxury Group and its 75 distinguished Maisons. Currently based in Paris, Amelia started her career in Melbourne in UX & Optimization and later CX within the financial services industry. She later moved to London where she lead a series of consecutive design sprints and UX & service design work for a major digital transformation program.
Ana Lara
Cisco / User Experience Lead
Ana Lara is an award-winning product and strategic designer, leading a UX App team at Cisco. During her ten years of experience, she launched multiple user-centered applications with clients such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and Hilton. Ana was one of the earliest UX team members at T-Mobile, where she transformed one of their most essential apps into an award-winning mobile experience. She has been a data-driven advocate, leading a team of UX strategies building omnichannel end-to-end customer journeys, seeking user-centric solutions to their pain points. A year ago, she joined Cisco, where she is currently helping shape the roadmap and future strategy of Cisco's products and apps.

UXTesting.io / CEO & Co-Founder
User Experience Quality Certification Center (UXQCC) / International Board MemberAldrich Huang, CEO and co-founder of UXTesting.io, International Board Member at User Experience Quality Certification Center (UXQCC), Mentor at User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) as well as the main organizer of the Savvy UX Summit.
With several years of working experience in the field of legal, business development, and customer experience, he firmly believes that better user experience will bring joy to the users.

Beth Toland is the Head of Experience Research at Asana, a leading work management platform for teams. Here, she leads the effort to understand the dynamics of modern work and collaboration to drive product experience and strategy. Prior to joining Asana, Beth led research efforts for global organizations in a range of industries including Sapient, Marriott, and The Economist Intelligence Unit.
Billal Qureshi
Google Canada / Head of Mobile and Apps
He started at Google Canada over 10 years ago and now leads their Mobile Experiences practice working with clients across mWeb and App. He is responsible for helping Canada's largest advertisers navigate the intimidating world of mobile. His aim is to make the mobile web great again

Iva Randelshofer
Ubisoft / UX Research Operations Manager
Iva Randelshofer is the UX Research Operation Manager at Ubisoft Düsseldorf and will share her experiences and challenges from her daily work about setting up cross-studio framework for UX research and user-centric processes. She has 15 years of UX experience in the games industry and her specialization is focused on Research- and DesignOps, cognitive ergonomics and accessibility. Iva is a tireless advocate for user needs and believes it is the players’ right to enjoy seamless and memorable gaming experiences without any frustration. Before joining Ubisoft, Iva was part of a research facility focused on Human-Computer Interaction and robotics. She also currently works on her Ph.D. in UX and Human-Computer Interaction and teaches interaction design at various international universities.

With over a decade of experience in working closely with developers, technical leaders, and C-suite execs from companies like Tesla, Google, and the NBA, June is passionate about improving alignment between designers and engineering. As a Developer Advocate at Zeplin, June focuses on connecting design to development and helps teams deliver on the promise of design.
Prior to joining Zeplin, June worked at Microsoft as a Sales Engineer on the Global Black Belt team as the technical resource for the top 100 Azure spend healthcare clients—such as Johnson & Johnson, Humana, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Jules Skopp
Expedia Group / Director of UX
Jules believes in outcomes before output, qualitative research driving innovation, and the lean method. He is Director of UX at Expedia, former Design Lead at Doodle, co-founder of Design Leadership Therapy group, and a frequent speaker on the complicated relationship between data and design. At Expedia, he leads the teams working on products turning analytical data into business opportunities for users. Similarly, his mission is to help design communities level up their product thinking by using the data to their advantage.
Karen Wood-Maris
SoftBank Robotics America / VP RevOps and Head of Customer Experience
K. G. Wood-Maris is VP of RevOps and head of Customer Experience for SoftBank Robotics America. She has responsibility for revenue growth and designing programs that allow companies to develop digital maturity via robotics, data, and AI. She was previously a leader in Strategy and Transformation consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, and Accenture. She believes that revenue growth is a result of successful customer adoption and productive use of technology & services. Adoption happens when real work is transformed. This requires application of Enterprise Change Management principles, which when harmonized across the organization can accelerate adoption, increase user engagement, and improve the user experience. This becomes a virtuous cycle that can impact business outcomes including: providing product development with specific new user capabilities that are tied to work transformation, product differentiation, and accretive revenue; increasing employee satisfaction because they can better align with clear metrics and customer value on what Great looks like; and creating cohesive messaging on customer value across the organization that ties Marketing, Sales, and Operations together. She is a published author on corporate dynamics and had a top ranked book on Amazon.
Kitt Santos
Xero | Designlab / Product Design Lead | Design mentor
After getting a degree in architecture, Kitt moved to Singapore in 2009, where he shifted his design practice to digital and human-centred design. He worked in different digital consultancies to deliver websites, campaigns, and apps for the government and private sector. Outside of design, he participated in various Singapore art exhibitions and published his illustrations on multiple media. Thirteen years later, he has nurtured his passion for diversity and inclusion as he actively gives back to the community through teaching and mentoring emerging designers. He's currently a product design lead at Xero and a part-time mentor at Designlab.
Pablo Maronas
YouTube / Product Design Manager
Product and Design lead with 10+ years of experience. Pablo has spent the last 4 years shaping and scaling YouTube Shopping, first as the founding designer and then setting up the team as manager. Before YouTube, he led strategic design teams at Designit to deliver service and product innovation for clients such as Huawei, BP, and Vodafone. Pablo is passionate about bringing UX professionals closer to product management and business. He has taught Business Design and New Venture Development to masters students, along with delivering talks and mentoring in different UX schools.
Priscilla Ferronato

Priscilla Ferronato is an Experience Research Manager with Mastercard. Her research team supports the creation of leading and disruptive B2B financial technologies. Previously, Priscilla led UX research at Synchrony Financial, Nubank, and The RealReal. Priscilla has a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction, focused on users’ trust in autonomous systems.

Reggie Murphy is a 20-year veteran in the user experience research industry and is passionate about creating a human-centered world. He's currently a Senior Director and Head of UX Research at Zendesk. Prior to his current role, Reggie has built and led research teams at USA TODAY, Facebook, Vanguard, and Twitter. He frequently speaks at conferences and shares his knowledge about UX research on podcasts and social audio programs. Reggie is based in Philadelphia.
Shrut Kirti Saksena

Shrut is a Cognitive Scientist and a UX Researcher who loves exploring the myriad complexities of human behavior & leveraging this understanding in creating user-centric, experiential, and inclusive global products/services.
Being a Cognitive & Neuroscience graduate, she always wanted to be more than an academic researcher, and thus, transitioned her career to UX Research. With close to 6 years of combined experience in academic & product research, she is a Sr. Experience Researcher for Adobe’s Creative Cloud & Emerging Products team, shaping and driving the next evolution of the Creative Cloud(CC) suite of products. With team and collaboration being the heart of her research focus, she has been partnering with 10+ global (US, Romania, India) cross-Adobe product, design, research & strategy teams, and empowering them with research insights, learnings to drive organization-wide strategic impact.
From leading a team of researchers, and building a research function to being a hands-on learner in a corporate conglomerate, Shrut has been constantly making a resounding impact in challenging positions and fluidly taking on the roles of an industry thought leader, an accomplished researcher, and a learner at heart. She has achieved numerous national & international design awards such as A'design Award, and Interface Red Dot Award to name a few. She is also an avid speaker delivering talks, masterclass webinars & hosting UX Workshops for Kyoorius Design Yatra, SpeakIn, ADPList, GreenBook Events(US) among a few.

Stephanie Marsh
Springer Nature / UX Research Operations Lead
Stephanie (she/they) is currently UX Research Operations Lead at Springer Nature, the 175-year-old publisher of the world-renowned Nature Journal, as well as Scientific American. They began their career in UX and User Research in 2003, while completing a Ph.D. in using and applying user research methods to Information Science tools. Since then, they have worked in user-centric roles across a diverse range of industries in the UK, evangelizing and delivering enthusiastically user-centric work. Their book User Research: A Practical Guide was first published in 2017, while Stephanie was Head of User Research and Analysis for the Government Digital Service within the UK Government. A second edition was released in February 2022.

Takashi Arai
Shiseido Interactive Beauty / Experience Designer
Takashi is an Experience Designer at Shiseido Interactive Beauty. He has spent the last 20 years in the design industry, first as a Graphic Designer and eventually moving into User Experience Design, fuelled by a growing curiosity about the people he was creating products and services for.
To develop and deliver a holistic brand message, he works on the end-to-end creative development of premium and impactful storytelling, from strategic ideation to content/ asset creation for key brand stories both online and offline. His passion is to create emotional experiences at the intersection of art, design, and technology.
When he’s not immersed in experience design and spending time with his family, he can also be found cooking, casting artificial bait lures at a lake, and brewing coffee.
Tessa Sinae Kim
Coupang Korea / Product Design Director
Tessa leads the overall design direction and strategy for Coupang App. Drawing on her past experience with multinational companies and the financial tech industry, She applies her learnings from past experiences in UX, product design, agile practice using data and research to drive design direction.
Prior to joining Coupang, She started her career at Samsung Electronics creating mobile UX designs for different market user needs. After moving to Sydney, She joined Vodafone to continue to contribute to different mobile services later building her career in leading one of the most used financial services in Australia, the CommBank app. She tries to find ways to contribute to the Korean local UX community as a female leader by giving lectures and participating in forums. She holds a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design from Hong-Ik University.
Vincent Feeney
Zendesk / Manager, Product Design
Vinny currently manages one of the platform design teams at Zendesk. He works with product and engineering partners to build delightful experiences to help make customer service better. His prior experience includes designing accounting software for enterprise, working at fintech startups and time spent at various digital agencies in Australia. Today his focus is on building high trust teams and empowering designers to learn and develop their careers. Outside of work, he teaches design at General Assembly and writes about design on his website (vincentfeeney.com).
